3) Visit me at Seri Kembangan, Serdang or Cyberjaya. Kindly make an appointment before dropping by.

4) All items are based on first come first serve basis.

5) Goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable.

6) Reservation can be cancelled, but pls inform me if you wish to cancel your reservation.
